During the season 2002-2003, Caban Theatre carried out a project that gathered six artistic associations and seven learning centres (i.e. make-up, wardrobe, etc). From November 2002 to May 2003, forty people met for the creation of the spectacle the Large Continent of the Stars, written and directed by Almudena Ruiz and Philippe Kuczynski

With the participation of Cindy PICOT, who carried out choreographies of the spectacle, and of 23 dancers between 6 and 18 years old.

Stan and Julie composed two beautiful songs for us in “Elf language” from texts by Tolkien.
JUGGLING : Des balles aïe!
Nico, Charlène, François and Magali enchanted us with their juggling of bludgeons, balls and even scarves!
THÉÂTRE: Caban Theatre
Estelle, Vanessa, Severine and Audrey were the small imps who represented the four elements. Alex, Laurence and Bruno, parents of the sick children. Finally, Philippe and Almudena represented the Guardians of the Fire, the sacred couple.
| Workshops to aid social integration |
For the technique part we work with different learning centres, assembling a total of 60 people. The costumes and make-up for the performance were done by a group of people with social and economic problems. The proposed objective was the participation of these people in a grand spectacle to show them other realities. These courses had been financed by the "Conseil Général du Pas de Calais”.
